Early customer disappointments on Galaxy S8 red screen issue


Numerous Korean clients who pre-ordered the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus have charged that their handsets have exorbitant red tints on screen, with some posting pictures on famous neighborhood tech group destinations Ppomppu and Ruliweb.

"Galaxy S8 Red Screen" was among the top looked terms on Naver, South Korea's biggest web search tool, on Tuesday morning as neighborhood shoppers took to the web for more data.

A Samsung representative told neighborhood media that the red tint is not a quality issue, and that clients can essentially go to the settings menu to change the setup.

Different clients charged that they had gone by administration focuses to settle the issue and were advised to change their telephones, despite the fact that these cases have not been freely confirmed.

Samsung later gave an official proclamation to ZDNet in regards to the issue: "All Samsung telephones experience careful testing to meet our abnormal state of value norms. The Infinity Display on the Galaxy S8 and S8+ has connected Super AMOLED and gives rich and expressive hues, empowering clients to appreciate a clearer and more striking review understanding.
